How do I find a particular item on your website?
We've made shopping easy! To find a particular item, you can either:
- Enter the item # in the "Search" field
- Use the category & color links
- Take advantage of our "Related Products" feature to find just the right piece to complement your previous purchases!
Can I save items in my shopping cart?
With all that you have to do, we want to make it easy for you to shop on YOUR schedule, so you can save items in your shopping cart. However, because we offer many unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we suggest that you not hold items in your cart for longer than 2 days, as someone else may purchase them in the meantime.
What are your best-selling items?

I have subscribed to your mailing list - why am I still not receiving any emails?
Certain spam blockers may block our emails. To ensure delivery to your inbox (not junk, bulk or spam boxes) please add_____________________ to your e-mail address book.
Why are some of the items in my order missing?
If your order includes any out-of-stock items, we will hold you order for a maximum of 2 business days to try to obtain the items for you.
However, if we cannot fill your order completely, we will omit the unavailable item and alert you via email (email address must be given during registration)
when the item is available for re-order.
Can I alter my order after I've checked out?
In order to ensure prompt processing and delivery of your jewelry order, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted on our website.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
When you click on "My Account" to log in, you'll see a link that asks you if you "Forgot Password?". Click this button and your new temporary password will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.
Simply cut-and-paste this temporary password when logging in again. Once entered into your "Account", you can choose a more personalized password.
How can I change any of my personal information?
Log in to "My Account" using your email address/username and password. Next, click on "Account Profile." Make any necessary changes here and save your changes.
Do I have to create an account if I want to browse the products?
You do not need to provide any personal information if you just want to look around and browse the products on I Love Accessories.

Are the stone colors displayed on my monitor precise?
Our jewelry can be lighter or darker than shown on your screen because our products are handcrafted. As a result there will be slight variations in color,
design, & finish from one piece to another.
Also, it's our experience that all color varies slightly from one computer screen to another.
